A 45 acre land at Coimbatore priced at ₹315 crores, 21 acres in Goa and 200 acres priced at ₹210 crores at Muzaffarnagar, UP is under agreement with Sahara. From the year 2007 to 2011 we completed the following projects with Madura Coats Pvt Ltd : A spinning mill of 25 Acres in the name of Centenary Mill situated at Madurai was purchased at ₹33 Crores. The buildings were dismantled sold as Scrap, post which the entirety of the developed land was sold to PRP Exports. 19 Acres total at Thoothukudi was purchased for a total of ₹18.5 Crores. We purchased properties in Mumbai, Coimbatore and Trichy from Kothari Industrial Corporation Ltd for a total of ₹25 crores. The Coimbatore Property was sold to Martin Group of companies. The Trichy Property was sold to Southern Railway Labour Association and the Mumbai Property was purchased by Bajaj Capital Share Investments from us. One of our earlier projects was with NLC (Neyveli Lignite Corporation), where we purchased Machineries of Briquetting & Carbonisation Plant for ₹79 Crores. It was purchased through an E-Auction conducted by MSTC (Metal Scrap Trading Corporation). The Plant and Machineries were dismantled and sold as Scrap before the sales of the project itself. Apart from the above mentioned we have ongoing projects in Tirupur, Avinashi, Udumalpet and Katpadi currently. We also lease out a total of 20 acres as commercial buildings in and around Tamil Nadu.
